What started as commitment to building a stronger community has evolved into something bigger. With the rising demand for performance training, we proudly expanded and opened a dedicated HYROX training facility, designed specifically for athletes who wants to push their limit and train with purpose.

PHAST {ONGOING 12-WEEK PROGRAM}
PHAST is a 12-week performance training program designed to help you build endurance, strength, speed, and overall fitness for HYROX-style training and competition. Whether you’re beginner or already active, the program gives you structured training with purpose.

PFT (Physical fitness test) DAY 1
The Physical Fitness Test is an assessment designed to measure your current fitness level before starting the PHAST Program. This helps coaches understand your strengths, weaknesses, endurance, and overall performance so we can track your progress throughout the 12 weeks.

SIMULATION
Simulation is a workout designed to replicate the intensity and flow of a HYROX-style race. It allows participants to experience race pacing, transitions, endurance challenges, and workout stations in a controlled training environment.
